Despite his background in mechanical engineering, Elgin has made a conscious effort to gradually pivot his career into product management - starting from his first product internship at Ninja Van, before progressing forward with a similar role at SingTel. Given his wide variety of school activities as an undergraduate - including previously staying at Kent Ridge Hall as well as travelling to Munich as part of the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) programme, it is no surprise that his wealth of experiences has allowed him to secure his full-time role as a Business Product Manager at Shopee. In addition, Elgin was also part of our inaugural batch of PM1101E participants in our first semester, emerging as part of the winning team in our Internal Product Competition.
